Product Description:
- The spindle is a built-in type motor with three integrated asynchronous motors controlled by an inverter. It boasts a compact structure, high power, significant torque, minimal vibration, and low noise. These features enable high-speed, high-power cutting, and precise, stable operation.
- The spindle's bearings use grease-lubricated angular contact bearings, ensuring lifelong lubrication within the bearing's lifespan.
- The spindle employs a forced cooling mechanism to cool the motor and front and rear bearings. Coolant circulates through well-arranged channels in the spindle body, removing heat generated by the spindle's rotation speed, thus maintaining thermal equilibrium and constant spindle temperature. The external cooling device keeps the coolant at a constant temperature.
- The spindle integrates a PTC 140 temperature sensor (technical parameters detailed elsewhere in this specification) to monitor and protect the motor's temperature.
- The tool clamping method uses an automatic tool change device built into the spindle. The shank form is BT30

Spindle installation explanation:
- Fan Cooling System Description: When the spindle rotates, the rear fan system must be started to ensure the correct supply voltage, which is 12V.
- Air Sealing Control (AS): To prevent water or impurities from entering the inside of the spindle, a gas sealing device will be installed on the spindle. The gas seal machine must be started simultaneously with the machine and requires multiple stages of filtration.
- Compressed Gas Quality Requirements: The quality requirements of the gas used in the gas seal are as follows:
- Oil Content: ﹤0.01mg/m³
- Solid Particle: ﹤5µm
- Pressure Dew Point: ﹤7.5℃ (0.7MPa)
- Running-in Program Instructions: Only when all monitoring shows no failure operational signals and all safety devices have been installed and are functioning properly, can the spindle be started. Note: For new or Spindles that have not been used for a long time, it must be run slowly. First, start the spindle and run it at 25% of the maximum speed for half an hour, then increase it to 50% of the maximum speed and run for 15 minutes, finally, increase it to the maximum speed. Throughout the process, it is necessary to check the temperature of the spindle. The spindle will get hot, but it should not be too hot to the touch. If the spindle becomes hot, please stop the operation and contact our customer service department.

· Spindle working environment temperature is usually -10 ~ 40 .
· Before installing the first electric spindle axis head turned by hand, should feel flexible, non-blocking phenomenon.
Note:
- During the storage and transportation of the spindle, the condition of the high-speed grease inside the bearing may alter. Therefore, customers should initially run the spindle at a low speed of 3000 rpm for 30 minutes, and then gradually increase the speed, running for an additional 20 minutes each time. The spindle and inverter should operate concurrently, and the specifications and settings of the inverter should align with the spindle's parameters. (Note: Upon receiving the spindle, the noise may seem unusual due to the change in the state of the high-speed grease. Running it for 30 minutes or longer will normalize the noise.)
- When connecting the inverter to the spindle, solder the three-phase inverter power cord to plugs 1 (U), 2 (V), 3 (W), with the 4th foot for grounding. Once power is turned on, verify that the spindle's rotation direction aligns with the indicator. If inconsistent, immediately shut down and switch two wires of the three-phase power supply connected to the inverter and spindle.
- Regularly check for overheating, a common issue with air-cooled spindles. Ensure that the housing and duct of the air-cooled spindle are not clogged with dust. Prompt cleaning is necessary to prevent the spindle from burning out due to dust clogging.
- Prior to daily use, run the spindle at low speed for 15-20 minutes. Thoroughly clean the cutters attached to the spindle, collet nuts, collets, and cutters. The shank inserted into the collet should be more than 15mm.

- When the electrical spindle has stopped, make sure there is steady air flow (compressed air) around the electrical spindle. Otherwise, please check the air loop and its connection.
